Sue Singer is a healthcare technology executive who has successfully scaled a company to acquisition by a Fortune 100 firm. She is also a recent two time breast cancer warrior. Through both these experiences, she identified a critical gap between healthcare organizations and patient experience data. This evolved into a deeper understanding of how powerful patient insights lay fragmented and unused throughout healthcare creating vast missed opportunities to transform care and outcomes.
